Return and Exchange Policy

Items purchased during a sale wide discount are non refundable and cannot be returned

Clearance items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges accepted)

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange (electronics only)

If you have purchased an item through www.crocusa.com and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it for another product, you are able to do so by contacting Sales@CrocUSA.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. If a return request is approved, all returns must be mailed in within 7 business days. This includes returns on defective items.

All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for promotional items, and non-warranty items (such as, but not limited to, Accessories, Brushes, Combs, and Hair Care).

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, items must be new and clean, otherwise the return will not be accepted and a shipping fee will be charged to have the items returned.

Water/liquid damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customs Fees and VAT (Value Added Tax) Customs Fees and VAT (Value Added Tax). If there are customs fees and VAT, they must be paid by you when the package reaches your destination country. www.crocusa.com is not responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department. These charges are your responsibility and will vary from country to country.

Croc is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit. Croc is also not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address, items not claimed within a timely matter (as deemed by the shipping company) by the recipient, or items that fail to arrive at our facility at no fault of Croc Items returned to sender due to any of the above will be charged a shipping fee.

Discounting/Refunding Under Special Conditions

Please check your orders before they are placed, in order to make sure you receive any discounts you may be eligible for. Croc cannot apply a discount to an order after it has been placed, nor refund the order to accommodate a new, discounted order.

If an order has been processed within our warehouse or shipped, Croc is unable to issue a full refund, and the standard Return/Exchange policy procedures will apply.

All Sales Final During Site-Wide Promotions or Clearance Sales

All website sales will be final during special holiday sales such as, but not limited to, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Years, etc.

Orders placed during a site-wide or special promotional sale will not be eligible for exchanges, substitutions or refunds. Discounted items may not qualify for special offers such as free shipping or promotional gifts. Coupon codes will not be redeemable on discounted products. If you have an issue placing an order please contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@crocusa.com. Include your full name, phone number, and issue you are having with your order, and we will respond as soon as possible.

**All returns/exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee**

Returns and exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or charged at the time of the exchange. Every return must be in their new, undamaged original packaging, include any free goods which were received with the original order, be considered in “New” condition.  A copy of the original sales invoice (receipt) must accompany all returns.

**ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN WHEN RETURNED; OTHERWISE, A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED, NO EXCEPTIONS!**

Free shipping promotions only apply to first shipment

Please note: You will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees necessary to return your item to our location, in order to receive a refund. Also, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees necessary to receive an exchanged item.

Croc is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit. Please be advised. Croc is not responsible for any excess shipping fees which occur as a result of inaccurate information provided to us by the consumer.

Products not eligible for return or not purchased through www.crocusa.com will be returned at your expense.

Packages returned to our facility which were not delivered due to non-contact between the receiver and carrier are not eligible for free shipping promotions the second time they are shipped.  Payment to have a package reshipped will be made through a payment link. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.

If a refund is requested for a returned package due to an incorrect address or refusing a package, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Promotional Gifts/Items

Promotional gifts and items are included with qualifying orders (promotional gifts and items that require a minimum order amount are awarded based on the subtotal before tax and shipping fees). Promotional gifts and items are not available with other promotional items or discounts, and exclusions may apply. One promotional gift is allowed per customer and order and cannot be combined. Electric items given as a promotional gift may be accompanied by a limited manufacturer’s warranty for one year from the date of the order. All warranty guidelines and processes would apply to these items. Promotional gifts and items which are not warranted are given “as is”. All promotional gifts or items must accompany returns or exchanges being submitted by the customer.
